Edgefest '09 is set to thrill Toronto with 19 acts at Downsview Park on Saturday June 20. Headliners Billy Talent will rock the main stage along with an incredible list of new rock artists; AFI, Alexisonfire, Metric, K-OS, The Stills and Arkells. Supporting acts showcased on the second stage are Beast, Cancer Bats, Clothes Make The Man, Dean Lickyer, Dinosaur Bones, Flash Lightnin', La Casa Muerte, The Midway State, Moneen, Still Life Still, The Waking Eyes, and The Johnstones.

Edgefest started out as a single event to celebrate 102.1 The Edge's 10th anniversary and 20 years later, is still bringing some of the most-recognized names in Canadian and International music to Toronto. Tool, Radiohead, Nickelback, Green Day, Blur, Our Lady Peace, Linkin Park and Stone Temple Pilots are just a few of the acts that have brought their high-energy performances to past Edgefest shows.
