When emerging Thai chef Prasai (Joe) Wangtao and partner Dale Ward opened their tiny take-out Thai food restaurant on the edge of Toronto’s trendy Cabbagetown neighbourhood six months ago, they not only wanted to bring a taste and feel of Bangkok’s “food streets,” they chose to do their small part for the environment.
