December marks the 75th birthday of men's underwear. In 1934, the Jockey company created the first pair of men's briefs.
In 1934 when a Cooper's Inc. executive received a post card from a friend showing a man wearing a bikini-style swimsuit on the French Riviera. The executive, Arthur Kneibler, thought the bikini-design would be a good fit for underwear.
